Wool Pillows

A time-tested favorite material for making truly luxurious natural pillows, wool is wondrous for a snuggly soft night's sleep.

Our Premium Eco-Wool™ Pillows are handmade right here in our Seattle store with Premium Eco-Wool™ batting (a super-pure blend of wool from West Coast farms) layered inside an organic cotton case. They've got a lovely, springy softness to them, and they're a great choice for fighting allergies of all kinds because wool is naturally anti-microbial. Choose the Soft Wool Pillow for back and stomach sleeping or the Firm Wool Pillow for side sleeping.

Our Organic Wool Bolus Pillows, are full of pea-sized organic wool puffs instead of layers of batting, so they're fluffable, scrunchable, and completely pliable, sort of like a down pillow, but with superior loft and springiness. Plus, bolus pillows are washable because the wool puffs are pre-felted. To machine-wash, use only the soak cycle (cold) followed by the spin cycle - agitation can make the puffs clump together - and tumble dry on no-heat or hang dry. When dry, the wool bolus puffs can be removed from the case, fluffed with your fingers and put back in the case for maximum airiness and loft.

Travel/Kids Bolus Pillow These half-sized pillows are made just like our other bolus pillows, only smaller (12" x 19") and with half the loft to fit perfectly under little heads or in your bag for travel. Each comes with a removable organic cotton sateen pillowcase. ***You can also purchase extra bolus filling in 1 oz. increments (an ounce of bolus is about a good double-handful) if you want to add some extra loft to your pillow.
