Hello There! Returned home from a business trip this week and found the mattresses waiting for me! hooOOoray! Dear Friends at Soaring Heart, It has been about 2 1/2 weeks now since you delivered our new bed (the natural classic latex with the latex topper) and I wanted to write you to tell you that my husband and I are truly enjoying it! The very first night we laid down in complete joy, since there was no off-gassing from synthetics and chemical treatments and it was so comfortable. We sleep better each night, waking up every morning feeling better and better. Today I woke up feeling so good, I was inspired to write and tell you. We are so glad we replaced the Tempurpedic mattress that we lived with for 4 years, thinking it was the best choice at the time. Oh how we wish we knew about you back then! Hi there, I just wanted to thank you for your excellent products ans excellent service. As an existing fan of yours (I purchased a synthetic latex futon and and 2" wool topper a couple years ago), I decided to get a pillow as a replacement for my rather sad, down-filled pillows. I visited your store roght before closing on friday, Nov. 4. The guy who helped me was fantastic to work with - really knew his stuff and was the perfect blend of laid back, allowing me to go try the pillows on my own, and then right there for me with helpful information when I found I wasn't able to decide. I ended up choosing the synthetic latex [pillow]. Since replacing my down pillows with the one synthetic latex pillow, I've been enjoying a much more peaceful night's sleep. Than you for adding more rest and relaxation to my life!

My experience with Soaring Heart has been first class from start to finish...true five star service and very high quality products. Based on my research, I decided to purchase a latex bed. The available options and internet marketing hype was a little overwhelming, so I elected to phone a few companies directly. I am grateful to have found and purchased from Soaring Heart in Seattle. My sales associate patiently guided me through the multiple options until we found a combination of products that uniquely satisfied my needs. It was more like working with a consultant than a salesman; clearly the goal was was to find the best option for me based upon my expressed needs...not necessarily the most expensive item in the store. The products arrived at my doorstep on time, carefully packaged and in perfect condition. Of course the most important element of the deal is that the bed is everything I had hoped for...it is a dream to sleep on and the materials are of excellent quality. Without reservation, I can recommend Soaring Heart for outstanding service and quality products.

Hi Soaring Heart, here is my review for your company. Feel free to share with customers and use as you want: I contacted Soaring Heart during the Christmas Rush time, 2010, as I had exhausted several other pillow brands (many!). Spending hundreds of dollars over the years! I could not find a proper pillow. Memory foam failed - sagging badly. Tried other companies' latex pillows - too small or poorly designed. Several of the latex pillows I had tried were just ok, but too small and didn't support my head (I sleep on my side). Who wants that "ache" in the neck from lack of support? Well on a chance I emailed Soaring Heart to see if they could make a pillow to my specifications. They checked into it and said it could be done. *Please remember this is during the Holiday crunch, and they had it designed and delivered in a amazing fast time* It is a large, custom version of their "Shredded Latex Pillow" with a super strong cover, it is Very firm, but is moldable and soft at the same time., It conforms while holding any shape I need. Super breathable and still soft enough to support me while sleeping on my side (I'm a big guy!). It is the best pillow I have owned in 56 years, I expect it to last for several years of usage, as it is extremely well made! I highly recommend Soaring Heart if you want a custom pillow, or just the best made pillow for a great night of rest. Thanks Soaring Heart for my excellent pillow!
